Recommended commitments for sustained forward progress are one (1), three (3), or six (6) month packages.
you'll get monthly:

Creation of an action plan based on the goal(s) with initial conversations

Trevor will work alongside you to hold you accountable to the plan.

Weekly 60 minute dedicated coaching sessions

15-min Check-in sessions in between coaching to keep you moving forward

Email and text support.

Access to the Ramai Coaching web app to track your progress alongside worksheets and exercises you'll complete along the way
